Terms of Use

These Demo Terms of Use ("Demo Terms") govern your access to and use of the public preview of Light Rider Cloud made available without registration (the "Demo"), provided by Light Rider Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Demo, you agree to these Demo Terms. These Demo Terms apply only to the Demo; once the full platform launches and you create an account, your use will instead be governed by our Terms of Service.


1. Nature of the Demo

  • The Demo is a limited, pre-release preview of select features of the Service, provided free of charge.
  • The Demo may be incomplete, contain bugs, and change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Features shown in the Demo may differ from the final released product, and we make no commitment that any feature will be included in the live platform.

2. No Account, No Data Persistence

The Demo does not require registration. Any content or data you enter into the Demo is not guaranteed to be saved, backed up, or migrated to an account you create later. We may reset, clear, or delete Demo data at any time without notice.

  • Do not enter real personal data, confidential information, or production data into the Demo.
  • We recommend using only sample or test data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Demo for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or stress-test the Demo's infrastructure without our written consent
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Demo
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation while using the Demo

4. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports about the Demo, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service, without any obligation or compensation to you.


5. No Warranty

THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION, OR THAT ANY DATA YOU ENTER WILL BE PRESERVED.


6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHT RIDER INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DEMO, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE DEMO IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE DEMO SHALL NOT EXCEED [USD $50].


7. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Demo at any time, for any reason, without notice, including at the end of the Demo period when the full platform launches.


8. Intellectual Property

The Demo, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Light Rider Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Demo Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.


9. Privacy

Our collection and use of information through the Demo is described in the "Public Demo" section of our Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law

These Demo Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland/United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


11. Changes

We may update these Demo Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Demo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
